Never fear, good soul

There is a 99.99% chance there's an easy fix.

If you've received a lockout message saying something along the lines of 'your access to this site has been temporarily limited by the site owner' this means you've entered a username or email address that is not linked to an account

Typos are the usual culprits;

• Please check that you have entered the username/email address correctly
• The email address must be the one you used during checkout
• If you've entered an incorrect password more than x5 times you'll be locked out for 5 mins. Have a coffee/tea/hot choc and come back
• If you've reset your password, check your junk/spam folders for the email with your reset link, they can often end up in spam
